Covenants and Restrictions

Before begining any home additions or improvements please read the Lenox Mill Covenants and Restrictions document. Your plans must be approved by the HOA Architectural Approval Committee. This includes, but is not limitted to:

• Exterior Paint Color
• New Roof Color/Material
• Contruction of any free-standing structures
• Pool Additions
• Screen Enclosures
• Fences
• Irrigations Systems

Residents wishing to have trees removed will want to visit TalGov's website to educate themselves about this process. You will also need to submit a tree removal form to the city.

If you are not sure that you need the approval of the HOA before begining your project, please feel free to contact us. Failure to gain approval by the HOA may violate our Covenant and result in legal action against your property. Please download and complete an Architectural Request form. Completed forms can be faxed to Lewis Property Management.
